Sponsorship

Our greatest work is education. Change comes from the next generation, and we work hand in hand with the teachers and students to make sure they are getting what is essential. We work with schools that have the most vulnerable students. Education is costly here for Kenyans. There is tuition, boarding, uniforms, supplies and personal needs. Some simply can’t afford to go, and others might run away to school to be safe from early marriage or abuse; others just want the chance to learn. You can sponsor a child for as little as $200 a year. We encourage you to commit to sponsoring them through high school. We will keep you updated on the child’s progress and send notes or videos to you from them. We are in the process of building a camp where you can come and visit with your child for 1-4 weeks and really get to know them. We have students who have had a sponsor through university and they are like family to each other. These students are now giving back to the community and thriving. It’s so wonderful to witness.

We currently have 50 students being sponsored, and the number is growing. The school year here is January to November. We try to sort out all sponsorships in December so we know everyone is taken care of. We do sometimes have special cases whom we work to get sponsored throughout the year, so if you don’t see someone currently available to sponsor, please check back.
